Very nice , silent area. Great base for further trips to Florence , Pisa and many other small but beautifull Italian places . Great swimmingpool with beautiful view . Hosts were very helpfull and very kind . We loved this place . Recommend it with all my heart.

We had a very nice traditional Tuscan house just for ourselves. We valued a lot that fact that it had two bathrooms and a roofed terrace where we could enjoy the breakfast regardless of the weather. Our two kids enjoyed a lot the small playground and the table tennis. The property offers great views over the Tuscan hills. Also the city of Poppi is really nice and has a lot of good restaurants. Other destinations like Firenze and Arezzo are easily reachable by car. At last, a big thanks to Riccardo and Nadia who are excellent hosts.

Everything. It is a place where you can have a rest, you can swim in the pool and you can visit very nice places in Tuscany. Perfect starting point. The house was big enough for us and it was very clean and tidy. The kitchen contains qualitative accesories and basic ingridients for cooking (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc). Beds are comfortable, and you have enough place to store your clothes, etc. The size of the fridge is perfect as well. The landlord was very friendly we got a bottle of wine and a plate of cookies when arriving. The most important thing was for us that we had our own privacy, we could sit out at the terrace on our own, nobody disturbed at all. It is wise to buy socket converters in advance (it costs few euros in Poppi). There is a grill in a common area, what can be used, we rather used our mobile grill machine at our own terrace. I am sure we will visit this lovely accomodation in the future again.

Nothing special, maybe a microwave oven could be nice in the apartment and our Wifi was not so fast but apart from that, it is a 10 points accomodation, I recommend for everybody.

Everything here is excellent. Beautiful territory, very clean, all the facilities you need and even more, very nice people hosting the place ready to help the moment you need it. Big and organized area around the pool. And, It’s very quiet here. This place is amazing, it’s a perfect escape we were looking for.

One can tell this is a well maintained property that the owners are proud to call their own. The studio apartment we stayed at was top-notch. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was perfect, everything was clean! I wanted to stay longer just for the accommodations :)

The location was like in a fairy tale. Cute stone houses, beautifully landscaped surroundings, peace, you could hear the birds singing... A good starting point for short trips to nature or sightseeing. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Only the couch in the dining room was uncomfortable. Luckily the weather was nice and we didn't need it a lot.
