Agriturismo Il Falco del Monte Fumaiolo

Silvia è stata da subito disponibilissima. L’appartamento dove ho alloggiato era molto grande e immerso nel verde, pulitissimo. Non cambierei nulla e ci tornerò!

Tutto. Appartamento curato e bellissimo. Pulizia sopra la media. Host (Silvia) meraviglioso. Consigliato a tutti.

Casetta immersa nel verde, spaziosa e pulita. Vista bellissima con spazio all’aperto per mangiare e rilassarsi. La mattina e la sera il cagnolino della proprietaria veniva a salutarci, dilcissimo

We had such a lovely stay and Sylvia was so helpful. It was a quiet village, high up in the hills, and was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and there was space to eat and also to relax outside. The roads to get there are not too narrow and it is possible to go hiking from the door

It was last minute booking, but it was one of the best stay during our holiday. Everything was perfect!

Spotless, quiet, spacious. Silvia was very helpful with information and recommendations. This was our first vacation without the kids. We stayed here as a rest point on our drive from the Dolomites to Rome. The place was perfect. We rented e-bikes in Balze and had an amazing bike ride in the surrounding hills. We ended up riding past a waterfall along the trail at Sorgente Tevere. Absolutely stunning views! We went into the town of Alfero in the evenings for supper. In a town where everyone knows everyone and strangers stick out, we felt very welcomed. As we waited at the tavern (BAR-rio), the men playing cards welcomed me to sit and watch as they played Romagnole, the local card game. After years of traveling, I've found that the connections I make with with people are much more memorable than landmarks or museums.

We came at mid-summer, and the large (master) bedroom has a beautiful large windowed eastward-facing double door that open onto a porch. The morning light shone in pretty early! If you are not an early riser, ask Silvia to open the back bedroom for you or bring a blackout sleep mask if you intend to sleep in.
