Knowing that there is constant loadshedding in SA, they could at least provide you with a gas stove or even a small gas hob. for cooking. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

The cottage is a nice size with all the facilities you would require of a self catering cottage. 2 Good sized bedrooms and a nice large bathroom. There is also a nice boma to make use of when braaing. Magrieta was very attentive as a host and greeted us when we arrived and assisted us with the check in. Location wise, it is a great stop over if you do not want to do a long drive to Upington or Kgalagadi.

Although the cottage was very nice and spacious, it was perhaps a little overpriced. My recommendation would be that if you are going to charge that price then make internet available. Lucky I am local so have my own DATA to use, but international travelers might find having to connect very difficult using international SIM cards. While breakfast was hearty and sufficient for R160 per head, I was not offered a choice of eggs and was only offered scrambled which is the only type of egg I do not eat.

Very neat, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts are always very welcoming and accommodating. Stunning location in the middle of teeming nature!

The property was beautiful and the stay was lovely. Everything that was needed was available. We felt right at home
