Breakfast wasn’t that good as it seems product weren’t from good quality. there is space for improvement. That didn’t ruin our stay either

Beautiful location, Excellent Breakfast. Lovely pool. Great to deal with (despite our very limited Italian) Parking and security very good. Great to see the olive trees and be on a working (and luxurious) farm.

Breakfast is the only meal available in September, but we knew this when booking. Just something to be aware of and plan ahead.

Giuseppe especially was so great and helpful! but also Theresa and the lady who served breakfast were so lovely. Wished we could’ve stayed so much longer!

The breakfast was delicious; we could order either a sweet or savoury option and we were asked if we wanted specific options made to order. The property and the staff/family were amazing; we felt very much looked after and welcomed as part of the family. The property is a working olive farm and we were invited to take a tour and sample their amazing olive oils, some from millennial trees. Their collection of pets will welcome you :). The setting of the pool and garden is beautiful and there are many places to sit and relax. The rooms had everything that you would need, were a good size and were very clean. It's only a few minute drive into the town of Ostuni. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience in staying at Masseria Asciano. This is a unique property and we highly recommend it.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave! There is nothing that could have made it better.

Paola was very welcoming. She gave us good advice and made an excellent, delicious breakfast every morning, The location was lovely with a beautiful farm including many plants and flowers and very old healthy olive trees.

Presentation and attention to detail describe the breakfasts. The grounds were exceptional with Olive and Orange trees. We were greeted with refreshments and the hosts were always attentive to our needs. Overall exceptional experience.

WI-FI only functioned outside the room which in inclement weather was inconvenient.

Terrific location close to Ostuni and amazing olive farm with modern guest accommodation. The staff were helpful professional and very courteous, always assisting with directions or answering questions. Plenty of parking, clean well equipped room and local superb breakfast featuring home made products eg jam and cakes. A few klms to main highway and Ostuni, so very convenient, but very quiet too.
