Property Notes

After booking, you will receive payment instructions and check in information from Gåvetorps Gård via email. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 150 SEK per person per stay or bring their own. Please contact the property minimum 24 hours before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen/towels. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a final cleaning service can be booked for an additional fee, depending on the accommodations type: - Cottage (4 Adults), Apartment (4 Adults), Apartment: 900 SEK - Cottage (7 Adults), Three-Bedroom Villa: 1200 SEK - One-Bedroom Standard Apartment: 500 SEKPayment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful house in a peacefull neighborhood in the countryside. Our dog loved it as well, as it was far away from any new years fireworks :)

"Call cottage in the forest with no other noise than some cows on the land nearby"

Calm plache Friendly host

Cottage was in the middle of forest and not at the lake as could have been assumed by the pictures. A more precise description would have been appreciated

"Nice place but poor service"

Just nice place

The house is old and could be used nice, but.. Our room was in second floor, in the rooms lights are too dusty and are on same age as grandmother who has died in :) The room doesn’t have any terrace, train goes every 15 min. The price it really high evaluating that you should have your own linens and make final cleaning…
