Friendly staff, made great breakfast, location near the beach and good value.

Not the cleanest and poor lightning in room.

The staff were the only saving grace of this stay. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and clearly working their hardest despite everything. They deserve far better than what management provides them.

Almost everything else. The room was covered in mold — walls, AC unit, surfaces. The air conditioning was so dirty it felt like a health hazard to run it. The walls were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like months. The overall condition of the property is well below any acceptable standard. This is entirely a management failure — the neglect is obvious and inexcusable.

Location tranquilla, la camera molto spaziosa e pulita, lasciava un po' a desiderare il bagno, anch'esso spazioso ma non posso dire di avere fatto una bella doccia perché non c'era un buon flusso d'acqua ma magari era un problema solo della mia camera

The location was good, near the turtle point and also not far from the port. There were some warungs very close. The breakfast was included in the price and it was okay, very basic but filling.

The room is very old, you could say it is dirty too. It looks like nobody is taking good care of the condition of the room. The walls are dirty, paint is chipping. I also got VERY dirty towels with brown unknown kind of stains, they replaced it immediately but still not a very nice feeling about the hygiene condition. The price is cheap, but for the same price we got much better acommodation elsewhere.

Die Räume sind schon etwas heruntergekommen, aber nichts was mich beim schlafen gestört hat, da man eh seinen Tag damit verbringt die Insel zu erkunden.

Les photos ne sont pas conformes. La réalité est tout autre. Il y a beaucoup de taches d’humidité sur les murs. Il y a même quelques insectes des fourmis volantes. Je suis partie avant même de faire la première nuit. Je ne voulais pas rester dans une chambre comme ça.

On the positive side, the staff member who cleaned the apartment was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was kept clean, he even helped us get access to a neighbor’s internet, the breakfasts were tasty, and there was always hot water. Overall rating: 5/10. It may be suitable for a short stay for guests who don’t expect the apartment to fully match the photos.

Overall, we expected the apartments to be in much better condition than they actually were. The lighting was quite dim, there was no TV (just a paper with a Wi-Fi password, which didn’t work), the furniture looked old, one power socket was broken, and the toilet flush worked poorly. I would recommend the owners consider renovating or updating the apartment, as it was a bit disappointing compared to the photos.
