Absolutely fantastic. Very quiet location. Stefania was magnificent and welcomed us with a delicious breakfast every morning. Very close to Volterra and San Gimignano. We received lots of helpful tips about parking, where to eat and so on. We will definitely be back.

Good breakfast and amazing service! The property is lovely, like a fairy tale . I went for a morning jogging and it was just magical.

Perched on a hill sits a house with an amazing view where Stefania, the best host ever, does her breakfast magic. Volterra within walking or driving distance, wooded hills not far away, hiking possibilities. Hoopoes and the calling of owls at dusk for bird lovers. Can't recommend enough.

We loved our stay! The location is so peaceful and an easy drive to Volterra. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great outdoor space that was perfect for relaxing during the day. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed being able to eat it outside. Stefania is lovely, kind, helpful and very accommodating!

The lane was hard for our car to drive up initially but we found an easier way to enter the property.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful!

The road out was a little rough, but that was fine considering the property is more remote.
