Vrundavan home stay and Village resort

Nothing except bathroom size

Its a very average room which was given to us, just next to storage room. No towel, no water bottle, no chairs were given.We need to ask for everything. There was dirty water flowing outside room no 12.no locks were given to us. They are not even confirming about our breakfast.Worst experience.

Poor road connectivity to the venue

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It's not up to the mark and has very poor connecting roads. Poor breakfast.

Breakfast was homely and made as per our choice and served hot . Location of the resort is little far away from main road , dependence on auto or own vehicle , but resort is serene and in peaceful locality

House keeping could have been better

The greenery especially mango garden was very attractive, The homemade pickle was very tasty. overall the quality of food was excellent
