Vrundavan home stay and Village resort

I like the hospitality from the staff and owner, but they are not following the check-in and check-out times. Also I told them that I'm coming late, but then also they didn't kept my room vacant and after arriving I need to wait for 1 hour to get my room. They given me cottage to sleep at the night (Arrival day) which is I liked, but need to work on punctuality and managing the guest properly.

Nothing good about this hotel.

Too many negative about this hotel,my honest feedback,don't even try to book this hotel by mistake or else u will repent. No service,room pathetic,owner very rude.location very far 8 km from highway, In my case without my permission they unlocked and kept my luggage outside. I hope this feedback will help someone
