Aqua Arina Holiday Farm House

Brilliantly Spick clean and Caretaker is outstanding for anything needed at anytime. Always ready to find solution how much work he might have in hand. I will rate anyone choosing this property to have food only inside - I can assure you, it will be beyond your expectations. We actually planned outside food but later having just one meal we cancelled all outside restaurant plan and stick only to Caretaker suggestions. Excellent for 3 families with 9-10 people which is absolutely comfortable and relaxed.

Nothing I can say shortcoming. Instead would recommend owner to keep it as it is. Instead of expanding create such parallel property instead of merging or building big coz for families nothing can be as comfortable as this is.

Food

The bunglow is neat and clean.It is very nicely maintained. However the location is not that great. The outskirts area is not that great.The beach near by is also poor.

the exterior is good. but interiors are not well maintained . the food was delicious but the staff needs training in hospitality .

not well maintained, frequent power cuts and power tripping on this property alone . backup power is supplied only to two small bulbs in the living room and kitchen. it’s not connected to the fans or other points. ground floor rooms need to be renovated . rooms are small and congested. TV doesn’t work. the sea is visible from far off but that doesn’t qualify the accommodation to be called beachfront . There’s no beach or access to the beach at walking distance to the property . the staff is busy managing their own property that’s located nearby and busy cooking for them, hence food was also very delayed with extremely slow service . we were up most of the night due to power cut with mosquitoes running riot taking advantage of the lack of fan or AC . the floors and carpets are stained , the faucet in the bathroom leaks, the soap stand hangs lopsided , the soap dispensers are past their age, the handwash is diluted , the bathroom stinks. the property has a lot of potential , but falls short due to lack of upkeep

Tastefully done property with all amenities and facilities, great cook ( Sunil & his wife) with homely food. Perfect for a family vacation

It is a very spacious farm house Staff mr Sunil is really a gentleman he happily welcomed us did extra efforts to make out stay happy and comfortable. I asked him to cook for us he and his wife cooked very delicious fish we all liked the food. The food was served in very systematic and hotel like manners. (Cooking charges were extra but that was told well in advance) The room were clean and sufficient in size. Total premises is very large, beautiful systematically arranged .

Food, Service, View Wonderfull stay with incredible service from the caretaker family. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Sunil and his wife went out of their way to make every arrangement during our stay to make our comfortable.
