Location, atmosfera, pulizia, piscina. Veramente una esperienza di fuga dal quotidiano stressante che ti rigenera. Comunque vicinanza a spiagge di vario genere, molte del tutto libere

Api che impedivano doccia bordo piscina, controllo difficile dei rumori notturni e mattutini degli altri ospiti (bambini al cellulare o tv.....) Poche prese elettriche, visto che oggi si vive di devices da ricaricare.... Ma basta una prolunga multipla...

Would have liked a microwave or oven to make it easier to cook in the apartment (has a gas hob and garden BBQ)

it is a truly wonderful tuscan farm house. Lady owner is very nice, very keen, on top of things. the pool(s) are very nice and very comfortable setup. the surrounding are well kept and organised for a relaxing time + plentiful parking, BBQs, garden seating... we appreciated the (free) washing machine and the morning breakfast truck that comes by every morning with fresh pastry.

the furnishings are very traditional - which is nice, but... since you're not alone and there are other guests and families accommodated in the building, you can hear the doors, the floors, the rumbling the lot. not that it would be any discomfort, just slightly reduced privacy

This was our first stay on the Tuscan coast and Le Pescine was in a great location to explore the area. It has two beautiful pools and wonderful staff and accommodations.

It was unusually hot for the time we stayed and air conditioning in the bedroom would have made it more comfortable, but there was a cross breeze in the apartment and we managed to sleep.

Overall a great place to stay. Good staff, very clean and a great place to stay.

Rooms need dishwashing liquid to wash dishes with. Barbeque area needs fire scraping and barbequing equipment.

Very clean, location, swimming pool, nice and big property with plenty of room for kids to play ( playground, ping pong, soccer field) - olive trees and garden. friendly and reachable owners. Comfortable and spacious rooms with perfect airc. Location: Close by sea and close to supermarket - and cities to visit.

Not all apartments have a terrace - on the other hand, the property has cosy corners and tables wher e you can sit and spend evening. So very positive after all.

A great place to relax - away from the city noise, and at the same time all the necessary infrastructure - shops, beaches - very close (7-15 minutes by car). Wonderful area with refreshing pools and sun loungers, grilling areas, excellent covered parking - the car does not heat up. The room has all the amenities - kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, we had a separate entrance ("TC" room) with a fenced terrace and table. Common microwave, coffee machine and snack machine (coins only), two washing machines. Complete immersion in real Tuscany! Antique furniture (but in good condition), greenery, endless fields around, an olive garden nearby (hosts gave us a bottle of their oil). It is clear that the owners care about the house and their guests! Eleonora is very responsive and friendly, thank you very much, we really liked everything, we will be happy to come back again! ❤️
