Quiet, rural area but not too far from amenities of the city

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Clean cotton sheets and comforter. The farm was quiet and quaint, lots of animals around. The owners leave jars of cracked corn so you can feed the chickens. And treats for the horses, too!

I didn't like leaving.

Great time here especially the animals . We will be back

I got off the interstate at the one exit in this town that has hotels and input the address I had been given in the confirmation text message, from this property, KoKomo Farms, into GPS and being told I had "35" more miles to go, when I should have been very close to this property, after having already driven 6 hours and then calling the host to confirm and getting no answer and no call back then driving "35" miles back in the direction I had just come from to be on 20 miles of two lane county roads to then be told by GPS that I "had arrived" and to be way out in the country with nothing but pine trees all around me...No building anywhere to be seen...To then call the host back and get no answer or call back and by then I was on a county road way out in the boondocks of rural, north Florida with the sun going down and had to drive 35 miles back to the interstate exit where there were hotels, still without hearing back from the host and luckily getting the last hotel room available, which was a smoking room and I don't smoke, at twice the price...After I had checked into this replacement room and unpacked, I got a call two hours after my original call, from the host and told them what I had just experienced to be told that they were "sorry you (I) were a no show" and basically implied that there should have been no reason I shouldn't have been able to find the place and so the problem was mine !!...I had double checked more that once that I input the correct address that I had been given in the text confirmation message from this property !!...I received a 1/2 refund from this property, after driving an additional 100 miles out of my way and having to book another room at another property for twice the price and have now had to spend multiple calls to "Booking.com" and hours on the phone and have still not received an acceptable resolution to this situation !!...One of the Booking.
