Bedding were too old

The food and the hospitality were amazing, the staff was cordial and were very well trained and polite in understanding our requests. We would love to come back again soon.

The location

You have to tell them 2-3 hrs before taking lunch and dinner. Rather they should inform them to the guests , so that they are prepared

The property is located far from town in a calm surroundings. Maintenance is fair, hospitality is good and overall experience is excellent

Dinner wasn't good as breakfast. Can improve dinner menu

The location is excellent. Very close to Madikeri, but so isolated from the noise and bustle, surrounded by lush coffee plantation. The birdsong is unlike anything you’ve heard before. The service is quick and efficient and the two breakfasts we had were great. I have to mention the service provided by the property manager and staff, who responded very quickly to all our requests. I also met the owner briefly, he was friendly and polite.
