Le lieu est superbe, la vue sur les collines de café est vraiment spectaculaire, et l’endroit a beaucoup de potentiel. Merci à l'amabilité du staff sur place.

En revanche, plusieurs points m’ont déçu. Les repas et activités sont assez chers pour la région. Le "tour de plantation" annoncé comme une visite guidée de 2 heures n’a duré qu’une vingtaine de minutes, sans explications réelles. Après avoir exprimé mon désaccord d'appeler ceci un tour, nous avons convenu que je le transformerai en achat de cadeau. J'ai donc acheté du café à un prix bien plus élevé que celui indiqué sur leur propre brochure, et plus cher qu’à l’aéroport de Da Lat. Le personnel sur place a été aimable et a fait de son mieux, mais la gestion générale laisse une impression d’opacité et de manque de transparence. Dommage, car l’endroit pourrait être exceptionnel avec un peu plus d’honnêteté et de professionnalisme.

Perfect coffe tour, really friendly personal.

We deliberately chose not to stay in the centre of Da Lat. We enjoyed a lovely stay in the countryside. We were very well received by Dan. We booked a tour of the coffee plantations, had a coffee tasting and explored the area by scooter with Dan. He was very accommodating in making sure we had a good time. He even took fun photos during the trip. We recommend this place to everyone!

The hotelier is amazing. He travelled a lot and the chat with him is so interesting. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room is very comfortable at this price.

The best part is that the location is far from the city center so it is really peaceful here. Their room is clean and comfortable. The farm has an amazing view of the valley in front of their own cafe. People are warm-hearted and hospitable. You can also have a chance to see how people do sustainable farming here. Best stay ever!!! I will come back here again one day!
