Location was what it was - rural and quiet. Nearest village was Nerola - not many eating choices there. Swimming pool was good. Interesting gym...

We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was poor. Some fruit would have been good. Only cereal choice was cornflakes, no milk only yoghurt. No cheese, just ham. 1 bowl of scrambled eggs for all guests...Never any takers as it was always cold. Plenty of sugary cakes - but I don't think that is what guests want. Coffee was good though.

"we were looking for a couple day reprieve from the crowds and tourism of the cities and this place hit the mark."

it was quiet and peaceful. the area is beautiful.

we did not have a car and it was a long walk to the nearest town (grocery, restaurants, etc)

It was a good location and the room was spacious and very clean.

We didn’t like the extra €20 charge for use of the tennis court. This wasn’t on the listing and was the reason we chose the place.
