Nothing to like, since I never stayed there finally. Extremely rude receptionist was a turn off. When I was informed that I had to make an advance payment, as pre-indicated in the Booking.com confirmation, I was only given the option of making payment via UPI. When I told the lady I could only pay by credit/ debit card, and UPI payment wasn't an option for me, she told me that that was my problem, not the property's!!! She was extremely rude, unhelpful and disinterested in providing other payment options. In similar situations, in the past, Booking.com properties have helped out by providing their bank account details for direct bank-to-bank transfers, but this particular property didn't. Request to Booking.com: please vet such properties that say payment will be handled by property, then ask for advance payment without providing card payment options. Not everyone will want the UPI option. So payment methods should also be clearly mentioned in advance.

Location is good

You should start cooking food inside the premises.

They will send you a message to pay half the booking amount, they won't talk to you on the phone and when you reach the property they will tell you that they are under maintenance hence can't honor the booking. In reality you see other guests on the property. Absolutely dismal.
