"Beautiful, quirky and peaceful place to stay"

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We made friends with the local chickens and had fun playing Scrabble! The train carriage is so cosy and it's lovely to wake up with the sun in the morning. Adele was friendly and showed us how things worked when we got there. Thank you so much for everything :)

Owner welcomed us on arrival and explained lights, water, bathroom facilities etc. Converted rustic train carriage was located at the top of a field and so felt very private.

There was a little more road noise than I expected.

"Off the rails"

Lovely place in a quiet setting in a very quiet village . It was comfortable , solar powered and had a good shower .

Given a heatwave , extremely hot at night . No WiFi and very poor signal even for 3g networks . Not enough coffee satchets unfortunately.
