"Very clean but very dated hotel. Close to the autostrade and airport but not much else."

The hotel was very clean.

Shower was cold, breakfast had a poor selection of cold items. The coffee was only just warm. The WiFi would cut out while I was using What's app for a call (not video).

Practical location, very clean and professional welcome. A great alternative to a hotel stay and will definitely go back if I pass by Bologna, despite being close to airport, supremely quiet environment

Access in and out, although easy, requires to "disturb" the owner to open the gates and the door and somehow is a bit annoying especially if you feel like going out late at night. ( although the owner is very pleasant and says this is no trouble at all). Little disappointed that the breakfast did not have a more extensive selection of cold cuts, but then again, this is not a hotel
