La struttura molto bella. Immersa nella natura. Tranquilla. La piscina bellissima. Molto vicino a Firenze! Buona la colazione. Personale gentile.

La camera ed il bagno molto grande! Bella ma non avendo un balcone o un patio e avendo solo una finestrella, la camera era buia!

"Mooi gelegen maar teleurstellende gastvrijheid"

De kwaliteit van de kamer was prima:groot, schoon en met een mooi uitzicht over de estate.Het ligt in een plaatsje dat even buiten Florence ligt maar Florence is makkelijk bereikbaar.

Misschien is dat zo bij het concept agriturismo maar het begrip hospitality leefde niet echt onder het personeel.Het lijkt erop dat de hospitality business een afleiding is van hun hoofdgebeuren (olijfolieteelt).Hun communicatie lijkt primair gedreven door winstmotief.Het ontbijt (zoals gebruikelijk 8-10) was echt teleurstellend.Toen wij eens om 09.25 kwamen waren er nog een paar restjes ommeletteachtig spul en geen enkele suggestie dat dat dat zou worden aangevuld.Als je iets vroeg, kreeg je het maar uit eigen beweging was er geen gastvrijheid.Onze kamer lag in een apart gebouw op de estate (an sich niks mis mee)maar om bij het hoofdgebouw te komen ofwel een glibberig pad ofwel een superonhandig (en voor ouderen niet ongevaarlijk) grappengeheel naar de weg (om dan over de weg naar het hoofdgebouw te kunnen)

il paesaggio è molto bello, maggari la posizione non è perfetta ma rimane bello come posto.

le camere sono umide, penso per il periodo c'erano tante zanzare.
