The only good thing about this property is the view and the animals

My rooms had black mold in the bathroom and the emergency number and hotel staff were completely unwilling to help us change rooms or refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also no AC and only tiny windows that flood in mosquitos if you open them.

The room felt very luxurious with a large bed and a nice terrace. The views from the hotel are incredible, we have stunning views over forests and parts of Florence below although we couldn't see the Duomo, which isn't a big deal. It felt very remote despite only being 20 minutes from the centre. My wife and I especially loved being able to take a long walk straight from the room, visiting the donkeys and pigs.

The room didn't have air conditioning and we couldn't keep the windows open as there were mosquitos about. The restaurant was expensive, as were little things like soft drinks.

Только местоположение

Расположение нашего номера далеко от ресепшен, улица вечером возле номера не освещалась. Номер был в отдельно стоящем здании номер 7. Полотенца для душа вафельные, что ужасно не удобно. Мебель старая, все помещения и мебель очень уставшие, давно не видели ремонта. Соотношение цена и качество номера , цена очень завышена.
