Peaceful and quiet - beautiful surroundings. Room in rondavel was cute and the bed was comfortable.

More information prior to checkin would be welcome. We didn’t realise that there would be a 4km dirt road to the property, and that we had to ensure to bring coffee,tea, water and food. After a long drive we were looking forward to a cup of tea but nothing was provided and we didn’t realise we had to supply our own.

The peace and quiete and remoteness of the location.

Peace and quiet. Off the beaten track, but not to far off. Friendly hostess. Clean comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with a hot shower. Or a bath option. Rooms were close together but well insulated so we couldn't even hear the people talking or coming and going next door. They had their own entrance so they didn't have to walk past our room all the time. The gardens were so lovely. The kitchen had so much history. A little bit of great Gran on every shelf. We loved our stay thank you Candice. We intend on returning.
