Ci ero già stata lo scorso anno e la cosa bella del posto è la tranquillità totale , lo scorrere del tempo lento e il cibo.

La pulizia delle stanze, ho trovato ragnatele nella stanza e polvere, migliorerei anche la manutenzione delle stradine sterrate interne che sono un attentato a tutte le auto che non siano da assetto di fuoristrada, la manutenzione dell'accesso alla spiaggia Poseidonia fatta di gradini di massi sconnessi che per persone con scarsa mobilità sono pericolosi.

- Schöne Anlage im Naturschutzgebiet mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und total ruhig gelegen. - Gutes Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten. Vor allem das Abendessen war sehr frisch gekocht und lecker! Das Mittagessen wird in Picknickkörben zum Zimmer/in die Nähe vom Meer gebracht, das fanden wir total nett. - Es gab ausreichend Liegen am Meer und auf der Wiese.

- die „Straße“ zur Unterkunft war eine absolute Katastrophe. 30 Minuten haben wir für 4,5km gebraucht. Es ist keine Straße sondern ein unbefestigter Pfad mit riesigen Schlaglöchern und großen Steinbrocken. Wenn man keinen Geländewagen hat ist das eine Zumutung und echt eine Herausforderung sein Auto nicht kaputt zu machen. Wir würden aufgrund dieser Straße nicht wieder kommen. - das Personal konnte leider größtenteils kaum bis kein Englisch. Daher haben wir beim CheckIn auch kaum Infos bekommen (z.B. dass wir das Leitungswasser nicht trinken sollen, wo es Sonnenschirme gibt…) - die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war defekt, das teilte man uns zwar einen Tag vorher telefonisch mit, aber es wurden auch keine Anstalten gemacht diese zu reparieren - das Zimmer in der „Villa a Mare“ war schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und hat teilweise nach Abfluss gerochen.

Colazione eccellente! Un applauso a chi tutti i giorni prepara i dolci, senza dimenticare intolleranze ed esigenze particolari. La cucina eccezionale,semplice , curata e attenta. La strada ha dei tratti non asfaltati, ma di facile percorrenza. Si viene qui x star bene...il telefono non dev'essere una priorità (c'è comunque il wifi nella zona ristoro). Numerose le vie da percorrere a piedi x esplorare un luogo naturale; Adatto a chi è in cerca di riposo, tranquillità,buon cibo,ma anche avventura e attività fisica. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di ogni confort . Ciò che rende tutto ciò perfetto è l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità,impeccabili! Si è a casa! A casa di persone che ogni giorno con amore e dedizione si impegnano per soddisfare al meglio i propri ospiti. Consiglio e ringrazio!

My studio with garden view was fine. However my friends reserved lesser rooms in the small old building far down the hill. They were highly unsatisfied with the space, the noise and overall condition. And most importantly, we were informed the air condition was broken only on the day of arrival, causing them to leave the next day as it was unbearable.

My biggest complaint, and the reason I had to leave after the first of three nights was there was no advance disclosure of a restriction on when I could return to the property each night – no later that 7pm! This goes against Booking.com policy. They had a locked gate, which you needed to get in by 7pm in order to return. Be aware that this is a VERY REMOTE property down a rough, unmaintained road. If you wish to enjoy Talamone or anything outside of the compound in the evening, DO NOT STAY HERE! I have filed a complaint with Booking.com.

La posizione è fantastica , immersa nel parco nazionale della Maremma , affacciata mare . Cucina ottima e staff gentilissimo .

Migliorerei qualche piccolo dettaglio nelle camere : non c’era l’adattatore per la presa schuko del phon e il soffione della doccia era rotto ! Possibilmente anche qualche rimedio per gli insetti nel giardino perché è un peccato non poterlo utilizzare.

location could be great if not for extremely poor road leading in and this was not properly explained before booking as was the variety of lodging: some nice and obviously new,

the building was old and like a bunker instead of a place right on bluff that could have had a view but more importantly nic windows which would have helped given A/C went out and couldn't even ventilate the room, it smelled musty and moldy even and very dated for how much it cost there, maybe if they overhall all the lodging instead of a few cabanas it would be great

L’accoglienza e la professionalità di Mirella e di tutto il personale della ristorazione e delle pulizie gentile e disponibile. Ottimo cibo vario e molto buono, e che dire della colazione torte crostate e squisite marmellate cornetti dí tutto e di più anche per chi è intollerante al glutine e lattosio. La struttura immersa nella natura che per chi vuole può fare delle lunghe passeggiate nel verde,i paesaggi e il mare bellissimo e vicino alla struttura.

Unica pecca sono le spiagge un po’ scomode fatte di ciottoli abbastanza grandi ma é un parco naturale.
