It was not a problem to us but the hosts do not live on the property. We were the only guests at the property. A telephone number is provided should any issues arise & we were advised that person is 5 minutes away

Everything Elvira is a nice person and runs the hotel in such a way that you feel at home immediately. The place is amazing and everything is so perfect that for sure, we will come back. Our dog enjoyed a lot too
