De kamers lagen in een rustige omgeving.

De kamers waren verouderd en roken niet fris ondanks dat het er heel proper was. Er was geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte, enkel 3 kamers die verhuurd werden op een boederij. Ontbijt was niet ter plaatse, je moet hiervoor naar het nabijgelegen Country hotel wat een betere optie is om te overnachten.

Amazing place with beautiful views. Well kept, clean, great amenities. Wonderful dining options in a cute cafe/reception. Excellent friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for a trip to this part of Iceland. Wish we could’ve stayed there longer.

The rooms were comfortable and lovely

I did not like that the restaurant serves Horsemeat steaks. That is frowned upon, especially since the whole Icelandic country loves & celebrates its beautiful riding horses and companions.

The personel have offered us the acommodation in Hoffstadir Guesthouse which is a fantastic place. So my rating concernes this place, which has beatiful view, big comfortable rooms, good beds and include a tasty breakfast. Well done!

Super quiet and clean. Gorgeous view of the river valley. Great restaurant-dinner was so good and breakfast was great too.

A little confusing because we didn’t realize we needed to check in at the other facility about a mile away. Not a big deal though.

The instructions for check in were not provided; we ended up going over to the guesthouse to check in as well as for the breakfast (which was delicious). We emailed the property that evening with questions about restaurants in the area - which went unanswered
