Well maintained property

Need to improve the sports grounds

A nice place and well mannered staff. We loved the welcome drink. The place is clean and spacious.

Besides the stay, there isn't much to do here. The place is really in the interiors and you need a car for any travel.

Room is spacious and clean n hot water available 24/7.

900m mud road is narrow up and down sides road are parked with car and auto hence quiet diff go if we have big car... Food menu should improve. rhey provide 2 compliment items for breakfast. but 1 items is not good. better if they change the menu. poori will become like rubber. it's n advisable . it's only good to make hot n serve.. manglore bun n upma shoukd also not all people likes and they have to change n add idli instead of it where everyone can eat.

The property is in pleasant forest surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of Mangalore streets. It had good verandah upstairs to sit and have a drink. The room was large and comfortable enough. It had a kitchenette.

There is no food provided - everything has to be ordered take away. No real onsite staff support. Bed and bedding average. Some distance from city centre, requires several tuk tuk rides back and forth and quite difficult to find.
