Spotlessly clean,friendly host and a great ambience to the rooms

The breakfast was really tasty and many options including choice of coffee!

Nothing, Wifi was a bit slow but not a big problem for us !

Beautiful surroundings, very clean and comfy rooms with airconditioning. Wonderful breakfast, ample parking, easy to get to and from Reggio Emilia. It's very tranquil and a bit out of the way, but easy enough to get to lovely restaurants nearby.

The only thing I can think of is that a little fridge or kettle in the room would be great, especially as there are no options to get any food or drink (there is a supermarket 10 to 15 mins walk away but no place to keep the food). That is the only thing I can think of, though. It's a beautiful place.

Excellent, clean and the owner was very helpful. Absolutely quiet during night. All restaurants recommended by them were great and they also helped us to find another accommodation for following night as we had to stay one day longer.

Very small and quiet place. Situated a bit sideways from the main living area of Fabbrico, so nothing disturbs at night. At the same time there are a couple nice restaurants in just 10 minutes walk. Very friendly and hospitable owner and the staff. In the room there is everything you need for comfort.

I have a problem with a hip joint and the mattress on the spring bed was too hard for me to sleep comfortably on the side. May be it would be possible to have a mattress topper to make it softer.

Modern facilities, in the middle of vineyards. Very friendly welcome, lovely breakfast with homemade pie and local products.
