Wonderful place and very kind owners. Everything is done with passion - we have enjoyed it a lot.

Everything was amazing—the accommodation, the surroundings, and how close we were to places like Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and Siena. The food was delicious—everything was homemade, and our host was super friendly and polite. We loved chatting and getting travel tips (if you're heading to Florence, try parking at Porta Romana 😉).

Cozy and good base location for exploring Toscana. Host, Andrea, was very friendly and warm.

Kitchen- Must have kettle for boiling hot water. Cooking utensils need refreshing e.g one non stick pan was badly scratched. Need to include spatula / ladles for cooking and salt / pepper / oil too.

The location was great, when you find it! The pool is sublime, and the views are incredible. It has air con but not in the bedroom which only has a fan. The breakfast was great and the best cup of tea I had in Italy!

On the arrival day we received a long description of how to find it, it says not follow the sat nav, which we should have! The sign is not clear from the road either. The guy who checked us in and showed us around seemed like it was a bit of a chore he also pointed the wrong way to the breakfast room which took us ages to find the next morning. Everything in the room was very dated and it was quite small for 4 of us. The main room had air con but the bedroom only had a fan, which was very hot and we didn’t get much sleep! For the price I would expect better facilities from the rooms.
