Personalul, mereu receptiv si aplecat pentru a satisface cererile acestora

Mi-a placut

Camerele noi, curate cu baie curata. Curtea foarte mare si placuta cu masute, multa verdeata. Mancarea gustoasa si portii mari.

Nu mi-a placut deloc servirea. Erau doar 3 ospatari, unii din ei straini care nu intelegeau prea bine ce comandai, uitau comenzi sau veneau cu mancarea si dupa mai bine de o ora. Nu mi-a placut nici faptul ca desi am mers in delta la micul dejun nu au adus icre. Desi am fost 4 familii cu un total de 7 copii au adus doar niste platouri cu mezeluri, legume si omleta care nu erau suficiente la micul dejun si ne spuneau sa solicitam daca mai dorim ceva in plus.

Complex was very nice and room overlooking the pool was good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A particularly shout out to Gishan, who was our waiter and looked after us with a big smile every time we sat down to drink or eat. He even made us a special breakfast on our last day which was both unexpected and a lovey surprise. Thanks Gishan. Top bloke. The food was excellent. We did half board and the evening meals were top class. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. We had a great guy come and see us in the evening to arrange boat trips and so on. Very helpful and friendly. Did not catch his name, but thanks.

Nothing to complain about at all. Being from the UK continental breakfasts are not something we are into. And would have liked some croissants, but as stated above. They went the extra mile to look after all our eating needs.

The property it is really clean and ready to take care of guests! Great food, flexibility to prepare any specific meal for kids.
