The setting is beautiful, the breakfast amazing and the hosts are fabulous

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. This time we took our 10 year old daughter. The place is stunning. Nice and relaxing after the hustle an bustle of Rome. From one extreme to another. Simone an Claudio are great hosts, an nothing is a problem for them. A short car journey into the beautiful town of Anagni with lots of restaurants and bars. We will 100% be coming back here in the future. ❤❤

Simona and Claudio were like instant family. I cannot recommend this beautiful country stay enough. We flew in to Rome and drove directly to their gorgeous castle like home and they took care of us while we nursed our jet lag with beautiful and delicious, gorgeous wine and a much needed nights sleep. Thank you to Simona and Claudio.

Beautiful house and garden with a very friendly welcome. There were some amazing spots for a yoga mat - but take insect repellent!

Comfort location friendly hosts

This is an exceptional property and the experience is sublime. The building is an historic masterpiece but the amenities are very modern and comprehensive. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. What I can't fully describe is the atmosphere of tranquility, serenity and love that permeates this amazing place. The staff is amazing and exude warmth and positivity. A swim in their gorgeous pool is a must and the restaurant serves mouthwatering locally sourced food, laconda style. Anyone travelling to Rome should visit this property and stay for a couple of nights. A visit to the town of Anagni with its awe-inspiring mediaeval frescos is a must

The hosts (Claudio & Simona) welcomed us as if we were family. We had a late lunch at the restaurant, it was so enjoyable. The food was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional, large selection of everything (both sweet and savory) and the coffee was exceptional. The location was east to find, peaceful and relaxing. The location is fantastic and made a great stop to explore the medieval town of Anagni which was lovely. Simona speaks English so there are no communication issues. We WILL stay here again on our next trip. Cannot say enough how much we loved their hospitality.

Beautiful place for relax and to feel real Italian atmosphere. We were met by the agriturismo owners. Simona ,Claudio and their family were very attentive and made us feel at home . Easy to reach by car. A lot of antique furniture that is in well-maintained condition, you won’t stop looking at it, and there are no old smells. The room was cleaned every day. It was warm in the room in February. We managed to enjoy a very tasty lunch in their restaurant at a reasonable price, it's worth coming here even if you're not staying at the hotel.In winter time it works on weekends , in summer every day. We tasted wine from their winery and ate their own deli meats. Rich breakfasts , with different homemade cakes , cheeses, prosciutto, etc. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart !

This place exceeded our expectations! The accomodation, amenities and hospitality have been a highlight of our trip. We loved every minute at this location and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and Claudio was the perfect host. We give this place 10/10!
