Location immersa nel verde, suggestiva, ideale per staccare la spina e godersi un po' di natura.

Mi è dispiaciuto non poter cenare al ristorante che era chiuso, forse per i pochi ospiti. E non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'Agribar non avesse carne / hamburgher nonostante me lo avessero scritto nei precedenti giorni.

The rustic Tuscany style. The building itself is beautiful and the whole farm just peaceful and relaxing. The bottega was a highlight, we have been going daily to get groceries - all local fresh and tasty! Cheese - just top quality and we couldn't get enough! Very quiet place, you can just relax. At night it is so quiet you feel like it's in a deserted place. Comfy bed. Good pressure for the shower. Quality of food if you have a chance to get it. Wine bar. Roof terrace. Restaurants - passable on some and some amazing staff. We got a wine in the end at payment which was quite interesting as if you would travel on that way to the airport what you should be able to do with this. Why not given on the first night? The wine was very good though.

We went for the junior suite and it was very uncomfortable - the sofa was awful to sit on and it was just the desk, sofa and coffee table but it was all purposeless. Bedroom itself was very nice and warm. The building is amazing but needs a lot of work, on the second floor there is a small kitchen where you can make yourself coffee but the place is rusty and needs a good clean and updates. Breakfast..... Good points for local amazing cheese and yogurt and that would be all. Is not repalnishied, only tomato as veggies. On the first day eggs were not given to us as option, on 3rd day the lady refused to do fried eggs (only scrambled one) saying in rather impolite way and attitude I ma not a cook!!! The choice overall it's to basic for that price. No advertised activities such as horses, etc. we got more of it in Airbnb where we stopped before as the owner was going above and beyond to host us, over there it was a bit of feeling such you are in Tuscany so we can do whatever. Almost no internet and that was for full 4 days. No fridge in the room. I think this place has got potential (hence slightly overranked by me) but needs a lot of effort (and investment) to be decent. 100% there are better places around for that price.
