Windfall Wine Farm

We liked the nature surrounding the cottages and the fact that the cottages were fully furnished as if we are living in our own homes.

The bedding was yellow and no longer white. It looked dirty. The place was infested with cockroaches. We had a cockroaches in our beds, on our ceilings and by the cutlery. The pool was smaller than displayed on the pictures. My whole family could not swim at the same time. The water was brown, so we could not use the tap water for anything.

The unit was very nice, clean neat and all the required things were there, the beds were amazing, the location is amazing and the self check in was a nice touch.

The one showers pressure was a bit poor but it's still worked and it feels a little like nitpicking

Location was good. Booking was handles professionally. Loved the setup.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We believe there was Mice/rats in the roof of the bathroom. We could smell it and also heard it at night. Sink in kitchen was not properly cleaned and the sink plug dit not fit.

Very confused, the place we stayed looked absolutely nothing like the pics. We were a stand alone cottage with no pool, playground or a single person on site. We never met staff and let ourselves in and out with a hidden key. It was however peaceful and tranquil.

The light in the bathroom had blown, so we used torches. There was no water in the bathroom cold tap. The wifi did not work at all and the coffee machine had not been washed in months it had mold growing in it. There was no dish towel in the kitchen and the steak knives kept pulling out of their handles. We also could not get the TV to work and there was no info guide at all to assist. It was also over 20km out of Robertson which we were not expecting. I feel like we stayed in a completely different place to what is shown however the logo is the same?
