O estado de limpeza do alojamento foi medíocre: Loiça gordurosa, lixo de outros hóspedes em várias gavetas, pêlos de cão nos cobertores, cabelos nas toalhas , e bichos no chão.

Estaba infectado de bichos sobretodo cochinillas , chinches, y ciempiés dentro de la casa realmente asqueroso una plaga por mas que barrias bichos seguian saliendo y seguian saliendo de las maderas podridas, muchisima humedad en la casa , mucha suciedad, el baño estaba amarillo cuando lo limpie, olia todo a cerrado,telarañas realmente horrible

Wasn't too far from some nice spots if you are driving a car.

I got there and either the cleaner never arrived from the last stay, or a squatter was staying there. So that was appalling, dirty, also wet and moldy smelling, a leak in the roof, and the customer service totally ignored me, took me 6 ish hours to get booking to help me book another spot on a friday night in sintra... They only helped me because I was a higher genius level client... Worst travel stay experience/customer service experience I ever had...They also gave me the wrong address to the home... be weary.... I would never stay here again.

Really special place to stay in a nice, secluded area with friendly neighbors. Parking on the lot is perfect for daily packing and unpacking to go surfing. Good position between the surf spots around the coast, western and southern.

The address given in written form ist totally wrong an almost killed my car. I tiped in into google maps. Don’t do that! Use the link to the coordinates. The driveway to the mill is for SUV anyway. You cannot access with a sports car! The Bed is crap and the mattress from last century with all the springs an stuff coming out.

The quirkiness of the place :)

The only real problem (but a huge one) was that the location provided on the booking.com website was incorrect. Part of the reason for our choice of this accommodation was its location, which was said to be in Colares (near the place our friends were staying at and we were counting on walking distance in order to hang out each day), but was actually 25 minutes away. This cost us some additional gas money. And I turned to the booking.com customer service and got no answer from them (save from the automatic one). GuestReady service was good at night when we had to drive to the right location, they were helpful, but still, the booking.con should offer some sort of recompensation, I believe. Also, the pictures show the place to be bigger than it actually is.
