אני מחפשת את המילים הכי מפרגנות שיש כדי לכתוב על המלון הזה. בית מקסים. חדרים מרוהטים בטוב טעם. נקיים. גינה מטופחת. בריכה מפנקת. חללים ציבוריים נעימים ומזמינים לשבת. מרפסת יפיפיה. סוזנה קיבלה את פנינו בחום, בלבביות ובאכפתיות. לאורך כל שהותנו התעניינה ועזרה בכל מה שנדרש. את ארוחות הבוקר והערב מבשלת אם המשפחה, אוכל מקומי, טעים וביתי. היה לנו קשה לעזוב.

This was our second stay, we just had to come back! The location is great. We stayed for two nights in the house, which was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. We had ensuite bathrooms and our own balconies overlooking the stunning pool and garden with mature trees and immaculate lawn. Everything was spotlessly clean. The two sisters Suzanna and Sophia who run the place (with their mother who works behind the scenes cooking great food) were warm, welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner there both nights and it was all excellent. The dinner choices are limited but don't let that put you off, so much care is taken in preparing and presenting tasty regional food, locally-sourced wherever possible. The breakfast rivals any hotel in variety and quality too.

Ruhige Lage in grüner Umgebung, sehr herzliche Gastgeberinnnen, welche uns gute Unternehmungstipps gegeben haben, sehr saubere & gepflegte Unterkunft, wir haben das Glück gehabt und ein Upgrade erhalten, Frühstück & Abendessen waren sehr gut & reichhaltig.

Que lugar maravilhoso! Desde a comida do restaurante que é divinal, à simpatia das donas, todas incríveis e simpáticas. Os quartos são ótimos e tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar dois deles. A piscina além de boa é linda, aliás toda a decoração e arquitetura é suprema.

Sobretudo da disponibilidade e profissionalismo dos dos funcionários, sempre prontos e prestáveis, com simpatia e boa disposição, fazendo nos sentir em casa e em familia. Destaque também para a comida caseira que servem no restaurante, pois é ótima e também contribui muito para isso., assim como o pequeno almoço. A localização às portas do Gerês também é muito agradável, tanto para quem queira descansar como para quem queira fazer diversas atividades ao ar livre ou usufruir das termas na vila e da paisagem e natureza da serra.
