Air conditioning would have been a serious bonus - but other than that, it was a perfect spot for a wedding across the road.

Beautiful place. Generous apartment. We could take our bikes inside the apartment, no worries.

We were there on the weekend of 13 & 14 June 2025 during a heatwave, temperatures were so high we did not sleep well, or at all in some cases. We were given fans, which we appreciated, but were unable to counter the extreme heat. A mobile air-conditioner unit would have helped greatly. Otherwise the accommodation was very good, location perfect for Villa Podernovo wedding, shaded parking excellent, quiet and close to Monticiano.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Every little detail of the house was so thoughtfully arranged — from the beautiful plants to the cozy chairs and charming corners. The place had such a warm and welcoming vibe. We even got to enjoy a gorgeous sunset from here! Everything was super clean, the facilities worked perfectly, and it was so quiet and comfortable — we had the best night’s sleep. Would definitely love to come back!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting. Huge apartment for me and my friend who were staying. Large kitchen area and lovely terrace. Beautiful views and 15 mins walking to closest village. The owner was super helpful and friendly.

We should have rented a car as it is quite remote but that is not the fault of the property - only our poor planning! No complaints at all.

I loved it!!! What a beautiful place in the most gorgeous countryside. I messed up a bit notifying the owner properly of my arrival time and she was so kind and patient. Highly recommend this gem of a place !
