Villa Rostrata-on-Lake

Great location for Hazyview and KNP. Slightly remote , which suited as we were a noisy group. Really spacious house ... we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Good staff Good braii Nice pool

Could do with a sharp knife in the kitchen drawer. Hot water in showers was a bit intermittent.

The view on the lake, nature was beautiful 👌. Not to forget our host Vanessa she welcomed us with warm hands, the house was clean.

No ice maker, no blender, some rooms aircon was not working.

Loved loved this place, peaceful & tanquil. I really loved the views, the lake. Clean swimming pool, security system, amazing staff, Venencia is such a darling. The whole house was tidy & neat from day 1 until the last day, lounge was big enough for everyone. The kids enjoyed the jungle gym.

Security guard didnt have a guard room, & was not pleasing at all seeing him under the carpot during rainy nights.

The house is beautiful and spacious, the views were great and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and their hospitality was awesome

The stove was very slow took us forever to prepare food and the cooking pans could also be replaced. The white fridge kept leaking water which was dangerous as it caused slippery floor so it can either be fixed or removed because there are 2 more functioning fridges

The frogs were a nightmare. We kept the doors closed, but kept finding frogs in the lounge. It was upon thorough investigation that we found frogs inside the couch. The couch was torn underneath, so the frogs camped in there.

A spacious and palatial property with great interior. We throughly enjoyed the clean beddings, WiFi and braai facilities… each room was an absolute experience. Kitchen was stocked with all sorts of handy utensils and crockery. The villa was serviced daily and secured by friendly and very helpful staff. It even had an alarm system! We look forward to visiting Villa Rostrata again in the near future.
