Everything is super clean. Friendly and helpful staff

We loved everything about the accommodation, surroundings, food, staff, facilities. Anita was very friendly and polite, and made us feel very welcome from the start. She was very amenable when we needed breakfast early on a couple of occasions. Moreno, head of the restaurant, was really helpful, if we needed some menu advice, and though the restaurant was often very busy, always made time to chat. We had a large apartment - open plan bedroom, lounge and worktop area - to ourselves, (we stayed 6 nights), in which we had a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a very spacious bathroom, and air-conditioning in the main room (essential with temperatures of 35°C+), and there were also ample drawers and hanging space, with several hangers in the lobby area. The hotel pool was a real treat in such high temperatures, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the Agriturismo La Ratta. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had amazing meals for breakfast and dinner; the “Wine Friday” sommelier led tasting menu was extraordinary! We loved the spectacular views of the winery on the hill and enjoyed drinking their gutturnio as well as negrer wine very much.

The setting is gorgeous, the apartment was extremely clean, spacious, well decorated. The bed really comfortable and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. Everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and even changed our booking for us. Couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you so much. Breakfast was great with the best cappuccino coffee! Ample parking spaces right in the property.

Could do with a cloth in the kitchen, but I am being fussy. Nothing to dislike.

Good location for beautiful countryside. We had an apartment which was huge with a kitchen and sitting area. Murano who was front of house was really welcoming and friendly - a real asset to the team and made us feel at home. The food was excellent as was the wine which was made on the estate - we bought 6 bottles. The atmosphere and environment was restful.

The breakfast was poor. Cheese and ham was on request and apart from that there was just a couple of pastries, yoghurt,a small bowl of fruit. The apartment had a kitchen but no washing liquid or tea towel so we couldn't wash our tea cups or water glasses and there was no room cleaning.
