Location of the house in the middle of the rice fields was really nice Room space and the garden were nice Windows with mosquitoes nets were useful to avoid having to use air conditioned the whole night The building is very beautiful

The whole point to sleep in such isolated farmhouse is to find a calm atmosphere with "real" obscurity in the night and exchange a bit with people who could talk a bit about the local countryside. None of these points were checked... Main issue from my perspective was the noise of the central air compressor for the air conditioning which was just next to room outside that made loud noise (like a tractor) for the whole night every 10 minutes. We could find real obscurity in the surroundings of the house but very strong outside lights were lit the whole night at each and every corner of the house. Communication and check-in were efficient but quite formal and cold. Felt more like the impersonal communication you have in big tourists hotels.

Beautiful location in the middle of nothing. Very peaceful and different. The room was very nice.

Lovely quire area

Very nice fruits, cheese, coffee, and juices were provided and refreshed. The hospitality, attentiveness and responsiveness of the owner were exceptional. The accommodations are spacious, fresh and new. It is clear that great attention has gone into the design and comfort of the apartment. It is also located on quiet, working farmland.

Lovely place to spend the night. The owners were very friendly and the maisonette had everything we required. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Highly recommended if you want and quiet, nice place to stay.

Amazing old country house, in a quiet area. Plenty of space, ideal for children. The apartment is nicely decorated, with good beds, a well equipped kitchen, and big bathrooms. Erica is very kind and available. The property is close to Casale Monferrato, which is a nice village full of history to visit (and home to traditional Italian cookies 'krumiri'). We'll definitely come back.

Nice property with horses and donkies. The person that opened the gate for us in the morning was kind.

Communication from the beginning was really poor, messages with not even a hello and the person that welcomed us was cold and unfriendly. We had the feeling we were bothering her. She just showed us the room very quickly and asked us to give her our passports (arrived at 4pm). She called a restaurant for us. Next to the room there is a power plant (?) that makes a crazy noise the whole night and the heating also makes a horrible noise like a washing machine inside the room! The fruits offered for breakfast really represent the spirit of our fortunately just only one night stay. Shame.
