Nossa chalé era na cascata porém perguntaram se queríamos ficar em um bangalô mas próximo da piscina, restaurante e spa. Nosso bangalô era bem equipado e confortável. Cozinha equipada e bem funcional.

Achamos abandonado e desprezado as redondezas das cabanas na cascata, o lugar é lindo, cachoeira perfeita porém infraestrutura aos redores deixou a desejar. (Não entramos nas cabanas) se tiverem mas cuidado, com certeza seria perfeito , pra opção de ficar no meio da natureza.

"Ótimo fim de semana a na região do Douro"

Casinha muito confortável, inserida num grupo de mais seis, formando uma pequena aldeia junto ao rio, num local muito sossegado e óptimo para descansar rodeado pela natureza. Foi também muito bom ter acesso às comodidades do Hotel Douro Cister incluindo um bom pequeno almoco.

Acesso ao alojamento é em terra batida. O caminho é bastante estreito, muito irregular e com buracos ao longo do percurso com cerca de 900m. Este alojamento já merecia um acesso asfaltado. Jantar no hotel Douro Cister muito aquém do esperado para um hotel 4 **** com um churrasco em que a carne vitela se encontrava bastante dura.

"Un havre de paix et de fraicheur"

Le cadre fabuleux : un tout petit hameau rénové récemment, en plusieurs petits gites, tout à fait au bord de la rivière Varosa. L'accès à la rivière est très proche, et on peut s'y baigner (l'accès n'est pas très aménagé toutefois, mais sauf handicap physique ce n'est pas dissuasif). Il y a aussi une piscine. Nous y étions en pleine canicule et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur, les maisons sont très bien isolées et bien équipées en clim, et les nuits sont fraiches. Pas de moustiques! Et très calme.

La piste qui relie les gites à l'Hotel Cister où se fait l'accueil est assez raide et étroite, pas simple si vous n'avez pas l'habitude de conduire - mais c'est le cas de nombreux sites dans la région du Douro.

"Fantastische plek om een paar dagen op te laden in de natuur!"

Het huisje was super ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken, faciliteiten en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijn om soms even zelf te kunnen koken, want als je rust opzoekt en je zit in the middle of no where, dan is soms een avondje kokkerellen in het huisje heerlijk. Je kunt natuurlijk uit gaan eten, maar je moet echt een eind rijden voor een restaurant. Is wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Lekker zwembad, rust en natuur om ons heen! Precies wat we zochten!
