Everything looks new and working, ok bed, nice bathroom TV, wifi, window shades. A very lovely host with great advices for sights to see around. Good parking as a part of accommodation. Location is a village near Udine. Very quiet area except nearby church bells in 7 am so use earplugs if you need.

There is a kettle in the bathroom but we didn't see a cup, or anything else that one would expect to go with the kettle. We didn't look in a cupboard.
