Marvelous location with a view from personal terrace. Owners were really helpful and even shared their Parmesan with us when we found out that we forgot to buy it for our dinner :). The location is quiet, directly near ancient town.

Wi-Fi router is in owners house and it's simply too far away to be of any value for guests. It would be nice to move the router or add some signal repeaters. So basically expect no Wi-Fi connection in room (you can still catch signal from the yard). Mosquitoes in September were wild. Make sure you take enough of repellent with you (but this is the problem in whole Tuscany).
