O entorno do empreendimento é fantástico, rodeado de natureza só se ouve o cantar dos pássaros e o rio que passa em baixo.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property booked through Internet. After hours of driving, we were misdirected by GPS onto a narrow, winding road about 20 km away from the actual address. Reaching the location was extremely difficult. When we finally arrived, the gates were locked and the property was completely deserted. I tried calling the owner multiple times — she ignored every attempt to reach her. The last time we communicated via the Booking.com app, she casually informed me that she was in Lisbon and mentioned she had one staff member on-site who didn’t speak English. I had already told her that wouldn’t be an issue, yet clearly, no effort had been made to prepare for our arrival. Despite having prepaid for the reservation, we were left outside, stranded, with no one to help us. It felt like our money was taken, and we were simply forgotten. This was not a misunderstanding — it was complete negligence and lack of responsibility. The owner’s communication was dismissive, and her attitude was disrespectful. We were left in a remote area with no access, no accommodation, and no assistance. I urge Booking.com to review this listing seriously. Travelers should not have to go through such a traumatic and unacceptable experience.

Die Anfahrt ist sehr lang. Der enge Weg sehr alt. Das hat auch was schönes, aber wenn man Gegenverkehr hat, muss da man sehr weit zurückschieben. Es ist auch klar, dass das schwer zu ändern ist.
