Excellent food at the restaurant . Amazing pool with fantastic views and the staff gave it that extra attention to detail and were very friendly .

The pools were simply amazing and perfect for kids of all ages as it offers all kinds of water depths. We had an apartment in the renovated house and it was stylish, comfortable and spacious - everything as shown in the pictures. The private jacuzzi was a nice extra (and is was nice to also have a shared whirlpool in the pool area). Location is obviously remote and off the classic Tuscan cities, but with nice views into the landscape and very peaceful. Therefore, I rated the location with 10 nevertheless as the whole place itself really is amazing and booking it you should be aware that day trips to sites would take long. To make sure there is enough entertainment, there are a few evenings with dinners throughout the week (1x even with music/singer, 1x with cooking class). Also, you can get a small selection of breakfast options on the amazing terrace with view. There are charging stations for electric vehicles, laundry machines in a laundry room, limited items to buy in the check in / restaurant area (oil, vinegar, sauces,..) and there is an optional bread service in the morning. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In case the reception is closed, you quickly get an answer via chat.

It would be nice to have toilet facilities at the pool area as it is a bit of a walk to the apartments but understand if/that this is not offered.

The highlight of this property was undoubtedly the amazing swimming pool. It was one of the best I have come across in Tuscany, offering a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the view of the surrounding hills was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The serene atmosphere and romantic ambiance made it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. In summary, the property offered an amazing swimming pool, stunning views, and a romantic ambiance. However, the remote location, difficulty accessing amenities, and unreliable internet connection were notable drawbacks.

The location of the property proved to be a significant inconvenience. It is situated quite far from everything, which meant that even a simple shopping trip took us around 90 minutes of driving (to the shop and back). If you're looking for a convenient location close to amenities and attractions, this might not be the best choice. Moreover, the hilly terrain made it difficult, especially for families with young children, to access the swimming pool or just doing a walks (basically no options for walks). It would be beneficial for the property to improve accessibility and provide alternative routes for guests with mobility limitations or families with strollers. Another issue we encountered was with the internet connection. While there was Wi-Fi available in the public areas, the connection was disappointing. It was not reliable enough to support a Zoom call, which was particularly frustrating. Even with my Italian SIM card, the mobile signal was severely limited, regardless of the operator. This posed a significant inconvenience, as staying connected and being able to communicate effectively is essential for many travelers.
