Beautiful Estate with great views. You will need a car to get to the premises. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Staff was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Dinner was also great served in a fine dining reataurant. Breakfast could have been better, needed more selection and a bit of variety. Otherwise it was a lovely experience and we had a great time!

We could not set the temperature neither in the room nor in the bathroom; we had 18 degrees in the bathroom and 19 degress in the room in December; we got really cold. Walls were so thin we could here the conversation in the adjacent room. The bathroom had no exhaust. The bathroom was for persons with disabilities, we were not informed about this in advance and we did not like it. The shower door was not sealed well and the floor got partially flooded. The bathroom door had problems in closing: sometimes it did, sometimes it did not.

Great breakfast with friendly staff, beautiful grounds and view, comfy bed and well decorated room, check in was easy, dinner was delicious and had a great atmosphere in the restaurant.

No coffee maker in the rooms and water/coffee outside of breakfast came with an extra charge, room cleaning wasn’t always at a convenient time, extra charge if you wanted clean towels more than once every two days, hot tub was already closed for winter in October, patio furniture unusable because cushions were soaking wet, booking activities was a challenge and limited time slots were available, restaurant was not open for lunch and closed twice for dinner in the five days we were there

Fabulous staff - particularly the waitresses and chef. Wonderful comfortable room. Meals were great in the restaurant and the local wine and olive oil delicious.

For a boutique property it hit the mark on most things. However two minor points that are easy to achieve would increase ratings (as noted by previous reviews). Firstly all rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities and secondly the “rule” for only one hot drink included at breakfast is disappointing. When paying the price we paid per night we would expect better. As mentioned we had a lovely stay with great staff - just a few tweaks to improve.

Wonderful location. Great accommodation. Pet friendly. Professional service. Excelent food. We traveled by car, together with our dog, so we spent a great time together at Pensieri. Already planning to come back in the near future. I already mentioned the excelent food, but still have to emphasize that we especially enjoyed an exquisite item on the menu, a five course meal, called "Trust the chef", which I dare to call true Michelin experience.

Time flies and vacation quickly comes to the end. Already planning to come back.

Great view at Toscany's hills and location near to Siena center and other cities. The staff was very polite and friendly, they were there for us each moment. The room was beautiful and clean. The food and wine at the restaurant was the best option for a great dinner. All people and services were 10/10 !!!
