Nous avons adoré notre séjour au sein de la Residenz Erschbaum. L’accueil est au top. La localisation est parfaite, la vue est incroyable et le cadre est reposant. L’appartement est bien aménagé, cosy est très propre. Un petit plus pour les animaux présents sur les terres autour de la résidence, c’est vraiment trop mignon. Merci beaucoup !

We had an amazing time at Residenz Erschbaum! The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the nearby mountains. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the balcony with the panoramic views. Bonus Lago di Braies is only 30mins away The hosts were warm and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and offered great tips on local activities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to hiking trails and nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with excellent hospitality. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is beautiful and beds super comfy and clean with a nice view of the mountains.

There are no basics in the kitchen, like salt, pepper, sugar or coffee. Not even napkins.

Amazing location - great views and good central location with a lot of surrounding area hikes (only 30 minutes from Lago di Braies). Very clean. The playground with trampoline was a huge bonus for our kids. Loved hearing the donkey throughout the day 😆

If we’re able to come again, I’d probably bring my own pillow - beds were fine, but the pillows were t very supportive. It was also quite warm in our apartment - there was no way to individually control the temperature so we ended up having to sleep with the windows open.
