Agriturismo Villa Gabbiano

Location in the mountain is great. The room and pool were clean 👌 we preferred to have air conditioners and fridges, because the days were very hot, and cold water could only be ordered from the property restaurant, with kids really difficult. When we just arrived late evening, we asked the hot water for cocoa for kids, they refused to give us boiling water or electric teapot in the room, thei offered to order from properties restaurant. There are too many local rules. If you want to stay in the pool after checkout (what is usually offered by hotels), here you have to pay additional money. Before coming here, don't forget a swimming hat, or you have to buy it from hosts, you can't swim in the pool without a hat.

Far from the road. Not easy to find.

The location was more than great, just a few meters from 'La Via degli Ulivi', beautiful trail to get to Assisi and Spello. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices with lots of homemade products as well! Not to mention the friendliness of the owners! And the hall with the fireplace!

Hard to find something, pretty much everything was perfect. I think some pipes were a bit noisy when other rooms were using water I think...but nothing too annoying really, it didn't ruin anything for our stay there.

The Nature, the lovely People, the beautiful Hause - all is absolutely fantastic. And very tasty local food. Im so grateful this Assisian for shearing the beauty of this blessed place!
