Lovely little hut in an absolutely stunning spot, fabulous views, great walks Lovely people, would definitely recommend

Location was perfect for exploring the national park. Hut was extremely cosy, lots of thick bedding supplied for the cold mornings

The wood supplied was a bit stingy, had the option of purchasing more but felt that for the price there should be enough wood for the duration of your stay.

Brian has thought of everything. The hut is warm and cosy with great views and lovely walks.

This cozy little Shepard's hut provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The tranquil surroundings and the opportunity to enjoy a warm fire made for a truly idyllic experience. The views were breathtaking, and the lack of light pollution at night allowed for incredible stargazing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

There are no drawbacks.

Been here a few times now, it’s the perfect escape from the busy world.

It has everything you need to get by. Everything you need to sit down and eat a cooked meal. The surroundings are beautiful, the hosts are wonderful and their neighbours very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay with so much at your feet to do from there.

Couldn’t fault it.

Great communication from Brian and Lesley before and during our stay. The hut was lovely and cosy on a chilly night! Bed was comfy and the hut was well stocked during our stay. Log burner gives off a lot of heat once it gets going and the water was nice and hot. Views were amazing, such a beautiful and peaceful place, would love to return!
