Beautifully build and located, just by the coast, relatively fresh and well maintained. The houses, even though small, have enough space, storage and are functional. Big terrace is definitely a big advantage. Direct access to the beach, kiting and SUP gear to rent. Great kiting spot. Nice staff (mostly).

Shady/erratic property management. Upon arrival we were told we're only getting HALF OF THE SPACE we've paid for and we MAY NEED TO SHARE the bungalow with other guests. The manager claimed it was booking.com's fault but insisted for us to bare the full cost of it (+400eur or so). The more into discussion the more it seemed he's just unhappy with the price we paid and trying to trick us into paying more. There is poor GSM coverage so it was hard to prove anything or contact booking.com, but after a long fight we finally managed to get the full room. The next day we were woken up to what at first looked like watering plants, but soon turned out to be spraying chemicals against rodents. They sprayed rat poison it all over us, our kid and our gear that was drying outside. No one has informed us about it, no notice handing, nothing. We've asked about the details of the chemicals but never got any details. Last, but not least, upon check-out we realized the private beach attached to the resort... is actually paid. The manager took count of the days we used it, but has forgotten to mention that fact to us. Also bear in mind the kiting school is among the most expensive in the area.

beautifully calm location, we stayed in a bungalow with three small kids, which are amazingly nicely and comfortably furnished and spotless clean; the kids loved the stay...the beach is perfect for little kids (shallow sandy waters) when there is no wind and no high waves, the terrace of the bungalows with the hammocks and couches are a beautyfull and relaxed place to spend a shady afternoon/evening

the area around the accommodation is not realy nice, a lot of rubbish lying around, beach with quite a lot of broken glass; while we were there, there were quite some heavy construction works on the premises that were not commented or announced by the staff, what was a bit annoying was that most of additional services were charged extra (washing machine: 10 EUR per run, sunbeds, etc) which is quite unusual in this pricing sector of accomodations

we had the first Bungalow Shirocco. and it was beautiful. the team was super helpful and kind. we really enjoyed our stay and the two girls had lots of fun there.

location was amazing. host was wonderful!

The windsurfing equipment could have been newer.

good bed. good beach vibe.

neighbourhood area dirty and not so interesting also tent was difficult to heat up in cold nights.
