The restaurant service can be better. They were struggling to manage the crowd during rush hours resulting in long delays.

Lots for my kids to do, good service, beautiful views. Great for a family getaway.

The location is green and beautiful. The staff at the 4 x 4 vehicle pick up point were friendly and helpful.

1. Unclean rooms - for spending nearly a lakh for the luxury rooms for 3 days, the toilet was broken, there was a terrible drain smell, there were cartons of empty liquor bottles thrown outside the balcony of our room. The tap was broken. The tea bags were left in the open, the cups were not rinsed, the housekeeping staff replenished the water bottles in between touching cleaning supplies itself so it was very unhygienic. There were just too many flies everywhere. Flies at the restaurant, if you happy the balcony door open, everywhere. Ultimately I got unwell when I returned. 2. Pathetic service of the restaurant staff - all the food used to be left open and flies sitting on the food was a very common occurrence. In addition, they ran out of tea during breakfast on most days as they didn't have milk ready!!!! So you can understand their level of service. The one day that we ordered room service, the ice cream was delivered fully melted. Extremely spicy rajma and chole and terribly bland pasta. So there was no consistency or no variety in food. Same North Indian masala and standard curries. 3. No Wi-Fi during 2 entire days due to some issue. The property had some network problem so for two whole days, there was no wifi network. Data didn't work on phone as there's no connectivity so we were basically forced to be off the grid. But no one even bothered or took it seriously. 4. Untrained, unhelpful staff - never took feedback earnestly and didn't try to help improve our experience. They just kept blaming each other. After we returned, someone tried to contact us to assuage us because I did say I would give a very poor rating. All in all, a waste of nearly a lakh for what could've been spent elsewhere. The property is charming but you can finish all the activities in a day so don't waste time here. Choose a simple room.. If you really want to go, just go for a day. And there's no point in asking for the top end room because it's a waste.
