Agriturismo Fattoria il Piano - Casa Bugno - San Gimignano

Views were great, pool was great Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning in the bedroom was very good. The grounds are great and loads of places to walk but Il Piano was too remote. Federico was very friendly and helpful

The road up to Il Piano is terrible, very steep white road, about 1.5 km I dreaded driving up and down. Both equally bad. No where to pull in if you met another vehicle. It was always a relief to get to the top or the bottom. Although there are 2 nice bedrooms there is only a 2 seater sofa in living room. No large glasses for beer or tall drinks

We enjoyed our holiday and the wine tasting. Would recommend to everyone

The gravel on the driveway could use some attention

It was self catering , beautiful position , Claudia & her family were the most charming hosts . Good wine & fabulous views . The apartments very spacious but do need updating . I would recommend it BUT beware of the one & a half kilometre unmade access road , it is a nightmare . Very peaceful & attracts the right people

They could do with making the space outside the apartments slightly more comfy. Perhaps a lounger or some seats to relax on, rather than the simple seats they have.

It is up a steep and winding dirt road. It was ok for us, but people in low cars struggled

Beautiful outlook. Quiet, feel remote but is perfect to explore the northern region of Tuscany. Complimentary wine tasting on the property was lovely.

Wifi was very poor. Also I was hoping that someone could help book some winery visits for me as that is why I had chosen this area. I found it quite difficult to arrange things on my own.

Great stay. Magical place a stone's throw from San Gimignano. Quiet, clean, with a splendid view. The large swimming pool is delicious too. The staff is attentive and helpful. Cherry on the cake: the wine testing experience with David, a passionate guide.

Everything met our expectations. The photos on line depicted exactly what the apartment offered. The outdoor space was lovely, the wine tasting experience was the best I've had - and the dog - extra fun to have a furry friend. The pool and grounds were also lovely.

The dumpy road, but that's not under your control. It was an experience for sure!
