Loved the room, was very spacious and clean, balcony lovely, and breakfast had a great selection. 15 min walk to main area and main ski lift. Very quiet at night

We followed the address on page. Wrong address, had to contact host, she was very helpful but it meant we had to walk 10 mins back on ourselves. Would recommend confirming address off host before arrival. Actual property closer than what it said (bonus)

The property is a short walk to the centre of Livigno. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent, European style cold mattress, cheeses, croissant etc. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Livigno for the cost. Highly recommend.
